Rating: 5 out of 5.

Masterful storytelling, seamlessly paired with mind-bending illusions,”

Ben Hart’s show “Hex” at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival is an extraordinary and mesmerizing experience that showcases his remarkable talents as a magician and storyteller, Celebrating his impressive 10th year at the festival, Ben weaves captivating storytelling with an impressive array of astonishing magic tricks, demonstrating his expertise in sleight of hand, mentalism, and illusions.

The intimate venue provides an up-close and personal setting, allowing the audience to witness the magic firsthand, creating an immersive and unforgettable experience. Ben’s natural charisma, charm, and clever humour make him a captivating showman who effortlessly engages the audience.

During the show, when he asked for rings to borrow for a trick, I eagerly volunteered to be a part of the magic and got to participate, and I am still frazzled and mindblown days later, I concentrated carefully on trying to figure it out, but alas, Ben is a master in his field.

His genuine passion for magic shines through his masterful storytelling, seamlessly paired with mind-bending illusions, leaving the audience completely spellbound and asking, “Is Ben a witch?”
