Usually on pancake day I would visit one of my favourite places to get some treats with my friends but this year it was very different. Scotland is still in lockdown so all restaurants are closed so unfortunately this will have to wait. So I thought I would share my favourite places in Edinburgh to get pancakes to help support the local businesses, these are some of the places I will be visiting them when they open back up and it’s safe to do so.
