Brain fog and moving forward

Over the past month I have struggled to get anything written down for my blog.

It’s been due to a mixture of brain fogg, lack of motivation and not feeling like myself that I haven’t written in so long.

I never want to create any content for the sole purpose of having something to post.
This blog is my safe place to be creative, express myself and be 100% me and when I’m not feeling like myself it’s hard to be inspired and motivated to create anything new that authentic.

So this post is me finding my way back and trying to feel like myself again.

Since its mental health awareness month I felt like now is a good time to focus on mental health and will be writing some posts I’ve been wanting to write for a while but never felt like it was the right time.

As my anxiety is a huge part of my life and who I am it feels like now is the time to embrace it and introduce that part of my life to my blog.

So watch this space.
