Edward Easton delivers a knockout performance as ALW himself — hilariously over the top, flamboyant, and just the right amount of narcissistic. He leans into the eccentricities of Webber with brilliant precision, creating a character that is both caricature and homage. His audience interactions are intentionally awkward in the funniest possible way, producing some of the show’s biggest laughs.
Flo and Joan accompany him onstage with their trademark musical intelligence and comedic timing, grounding the chaos with razor‑sharp delivery and beautifully crafted harmonies.
